Afua Asantewaa Owusu Aduonum recently completed a stunning Sing-A-Thon in an effort to break the Guinness World Record for the longest continuous singing marathon.

However, as the nation praises her perseverance and brilliance, a fierce debate has developed on social media about Aduonum’s probable disqualification.

Aduonum’s Sing-A-Thon, which lasted an astounding 126 hours and 52 minutes, drew global notice and acclaim.

While her achievement is thought to have eclipsed the previous record established by India’s Sunil Waghmare in 2012, questions have been raised concerning Aduonum’s adherence to Guinness World Records guidelines.

The dispute focuses on allegations that Aduonum may have broken several of the Guinness World Records Sing-A-Thon category criteria.

Afua Asantewaa, who was performing Samini’s “Where my baby dey” song, interrupted to complain to the DJ that she was tired and sleeping in a video that has sparked a heated debate on the internet.

This is completely against the Guiness World Records singathon guidelines since the third law controlling the singathon specifies that;

Singing must be continuous, with no more than 30 second breaks permitted between songs.

And here’s the situation: Afua Aduonum halted to express his displeasure.

We’re praying she’ll be spared and triumphant at the end of it all.
